COVID-19 Update – Closures, Cancelled Meeting and Office Hours

Effective March 16th, the Association will be closing the Clubhouse (gym included) and Pool Area’s until further notice. This decision was not made easily, however with these unprecedented circumstances, it truly is in the best interest of the community.
The Manager’s on-site hours and policy will be adjusted as well. For this week, office hours on Monday are from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. There will be no office hours on Thursday, March 19th. Starting on Monday of next week, office hours will be from 11:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Since the clubhouse will be locked, residents who wish to come to the manager’s office will need to ring the door bell and the manager will let them in, but to prevent crowding, their may be a delay in allowing admittance into the clubhouse.
Lastly, the Association will be cancelling the Board Meeting this Tuesday. The next Board Meeting is scheduled for April 21st.
