At the meeting held on May 9, 2023, your Board of Directors announced that the Association will undertake a major project which will include the replacement of the exterior wood siding of all residential buildings with Hardie board material in addition to a new paint scheme!

Rayco Exteriors has been hired as the contractor to facilitate this project with AD Magellan overseeing the initial phases as Project Manager. This siding project is anticipated to begin September 2023 and span a period of 18 months.
