The Villa Balboa Annual Meeting and Election will be hosted on July 7th, 2026. Ballots have been mailed to all homeowners. Please vote and return your ballot!

If quorum is not achieved at the July 7th meeting, the meeting will be adjourned till August 4th, 2026.
