Rule Reminder: Parking Rules and Towing
Parking in the community is limited, and cooperation from residents and their guests keeps access clear and safe for everyone. All guest vehicles must display a valid, properly issued guest pass at all times — a missing, expired (longer than 72 hours), or improperly displayed pass is one of the most common reasons a vehicle is towed. Vehicles parked in violation of the rules below may be towed without prior notice, and all towing and storage charges are at the vehicle owner’s expense.
The Association is not responsible for costs associated with the towing of vehicles, including damage. Please make sure your visitors display your guest pass when parking on the property.
Please note the following parking rules from the Association’s Rules and Regulations:
- Designated spaces. Parking is permitted only in designated parking spaces. No parking is permitted along curbs painted red.
- Proper parking. Vehicles shall not be parked in such a manner as to impede or prevent access to any entrance to or from a building, any other designated parking space, or to create a hazard to persons or property.
- One-space limit. No vehicle shall, at any time, occupy more than one space.
- 72-hour limit. Vehicles (with or without guest passes or decals) parked in the community for longer than 72 hours may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense unless arrangements have been made with Association management.
- Unauthorized parking. Any unauthorized vehicle parked in a homeowner’s deeded parking space can be towed only by the homeowner. All costs will be borne by the vehicle owner at the time the vehicle is retrieved. If any unauthorized vehicle is parked in a deeded parking space, the homeowner should notify Association management by email and provide photos of the front (with number on guest pass or decal legible) and back of the vehicle (showing make, model, and license plate).
- Recreational and commercial vehicles. Parking of recreational vehicles, including but not limited to trailers, campers, boats, motor homes, off-road vehicles, and commercial vehicles or unsightly equipment is prohibited within the community except for loading and unloading. These vehicles must be parked in the owner’s assigned garage space and covered.
