Dear Villa Balboa Homeowners:

We are exactly 1 week away from the CC&R and Bylaw Amendment election to be held on Tuesday, July 18th at 10:00am.

At this time we have received 122 ballots for the amendment.

Unfortunately, we are a bit far off from the 299 necessary to open ballots and tabulate votes.

Please be advised, whether you elect to vote or simply submit your ballot “For Quorum Purposes Only” the amendment is imperative in terms of allowing Villa Balboa to continue to operate as it has since development.

We kindly urge all homeowners to participate and submit a ballot for the amendment.

If you need an additional ballot there are extras set up in the clubhouse just outside of the gym room.

For our offsite homeowners, please email Community Manager Aly Martinez directly at alymartinez@actionlife.com to have a ballot sent to you via certified mail.
