Dear Villa Balboa Homeowners:

The annual election has been adjourned and postponed until Friday August 4, 2023 at 10:00am.

As of today, there have been 180 ballots received which is 45 short of the 225 needed to hit quorum.

For those homeowners who have not yet voted, if you need an additional ballot please know there are extras set up in the clubhouse just outside of the gym room.

For our offsite homeowners, please email Community Manager Aly Martinez directly at alymartinez@actionlife.com to have a ballot sent to you via certified mail.
