The Association is continuing to monitor the Shelter in Place order. During this time, the Pools, Tennis Court and Clubhouse areas will remain closed. The 950 and 270 Cagney interior remodel project has been placed on hold until the order has been lifted as the work is done in doors and does not fall under the essential guidelines. The road project has been postponed as well until further notice due to a backlog of projects.

Effective March 16th, the Association will be closing the Clubhouse (gym included) and Pool Area’s until further notice. This decision was not made easily, however with these unprecedented circumstances, it truly is in the best interest of the community.

The Manager’s on-site hours and policy will be adjusted as well. For this week, office hours on Monday are from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. There will be no office hours on Thursday, March 19th. Starting on Monday of next week, office hours will be from 11:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Since the clubhouse will be locked, residents who wish to come to the manager’s office will need to ring the door bell and the manager will let them in, but to prevent crowding, their may be a delay in allowing admittance into the clubhouse.

Lastly, the Association will be cancelling the Board Meeting this Tuesday. The next Board Meeting is scheduled for April 21st. At the January 21st Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved the new Rules and Regulations. These will take effect on February 15th. If you would like a digital copy of the Rules and Regulations, they can be downloaded from the resident portal.
