Parking Reminder

Any vehicle that is parked in the common area must have either a guest hang tag or a vehicle decal or the vehicle may be cited and/or towed.

As a reminder, please be sure to place a guest hang tag on any guests vehicle.

Annual Election Update

Dear Villa Balboa Homeowners:

The annual election is scheduled for this Friday August 4, 2023 at 10:00am.

As of today, there have been 198 ballots received which is 27 short of the 225 needed to hit quorum.

For those homeowners who have not yet voted, if you need an additional ballot please know there are extras set up in the clubhouse just outside of the gym room.

For our offsite homeowners, please email Community Manager Aly Martinez directly at alymartinez@actionlife.com to have a ballot sent to you via certified mail.

5-Year Fire Sprinkler Inspection

Dear Villa Balboa Homeowners and Residents:

As a reminder, the Board of Directors contracted with Nationwide Fire Protection to conduct the Association’s five-year sprinkler test and inspection.

Nationwide Fire Protection will be assisted by the onsite maintenance staff to conduct inspections for all units beginning July 24th through August 2nd. Please find the building schedule below:

200 Paris – July 24th

210 Lille – July 25th

220 Nice – July 26th

240 Nice – July 27th

260 Cagney – July 31

270 Cagney – August 1st

280 Cagney – August 2nd

*Please note, 950 Cagney and 230 Lille will not be inspected this year. These are the only two buildings with a different fire sprinkler inspection year.

If you will not be available to give access to your unit during this time frame, please arrange to leave a key with on-site maintenance/management on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 3:00 PM. – 6:00 PM at least three (3) days PRIOR TO the scheduled date. Any keys received after that may not be used.

A locksmith will be made available for unit entry, in the event that no one is home, and no key is provided in advance of the scheduled date. All costs incurred by the locksmith will be billed to the unit owner(s) concerned.
