At the January 21st Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved the new Rules and Regulations. These will take effect on February 15th. If you would like a digital copy of the Rules and Regulations, they can be downloaded from the resident portal.

The Association held Town Hall Meetings on December 17th and December 19th and received great feedback from residents. The Board of Directors will be reviewing the feedback at the January 21st Board Meeting and will be making a final decision. The deadline to submit comments for the Board to review is Friday, January 10th.
Homeowners are also allowed to attend the January 21st Board Meeting to provide comment, however will be limited to 2-3 minutes per person.
The Villa Balboa Homeowners Association will be holding Town Hall Meetings on Tuesday, December 17th and Thursday, December 19th at 6:00 P.M. in the Association’s Clubhouse.
The purpose of the Town Hall Meetings is to obtain community feed back about the proposed Rules and Regulations. If you are unable to attend the Town Hall Meetings, you are able to submit your feedback to the Community Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org.
